Isaiah Frausto was the technician that came out today. He contacted me by phone when I didn't answer the door. I forgot they were coming and had left for the moment. I appreciated this because I wanted to make sure that some ants were taken care of during my service. He also inspected for termites while servicing my home. I love that they can still treat my home and be very thorough even when I'm not home. I have been very happy with the service I have received. If for some reason I am not happy or I have another issue, they will come out before my next scheduled service.
