Technician was professional and polite.

However, it is a real inconvenience when the scheduled arrival is a 4 hour window! Doctors, dentists, barbers, etc put you on a 30 min schedule or less. It takes X amount of time to pull out the hose, x to put it away and x to do the spraying, Most lots are of very similar size, the only variable is the interior of the home which in my case took less than 5 minutes.
