Great response time and interface with customer service. If not satisfied on your bimonthly regular service and need inter service care, Greenleaf will send someone out free of charge. Only downsides I would say is that you are bound to a yearly contract for the first year of service and there is a monthly fee even though they only service every other month. This can add up in expense.
